We're excited to share that we've launched a new version, which gives you control over telemetry data and costs, new monitoring capabilities, and faster root cause analysis.
Notable features in this version include updates to AWS Integrations, auto-instrumentation, Real User Monitoring (RUM), log patterns, and an updated look and feel of our UI.

Integrations
Middleware now supports AWS integration for collecting logs and metrics from EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EBS, Firehose, Lambda, WAF, Lex, Kinesis, ELB, SNS, SQS, and ElastiCache.
All AWS Services come with pre-built dashboards, and the ability to create custom reports.
A simple integration for ingesting logs from Elastic Logstash.
Auto Instrumentation
Middleware now supports automatic instrumentation for Python, Node.js, Java, .NET, and Go applications using the OpenTelemetry operator. This enables distributed tracing with no code changes, simplifying the instrumentation process.
RUM
Error debugging with direct link to the line of code responsible in both minified and original formats.
Error tracking now includes new information like affected users, instances, first/last seen, and a revamped UI for a better user experience.
Upgraded video recording library for a better experience in session recordings.
Log Patterns
Middleware’s Machine Learning analyzes and reports on log patterns over time to help users pinpoint problems proactively.
Alerts
Create alerts on any metrics or logs you're collecting.
The new UI offers more customizable options to create alerts like rolling aggregation windows, diff between two windows and more control over filters and grouping..
You can now perform arithmetic operations on selected metrics to set notification rules.
Datadog Agent Support
Send logs, metrics, and traces from the Datadog agent directly to Middleware.
Speed up the migration process for existing Datadog users by skipping the Middleware agent installation process and using our dashboard converter tool.
Data Ingestion Control
Gain control over your data ingestion with options to include or exclude specific namespaces and deployments for collecting Kubernetes logs from settings.
Environment variable support for log ingestion for simpler host management via the MW_AGENT_FEATURES_LOG_COLLECTION=false env variable.
